so today's movie is 127 HOURS!!! maybe some of you had already watched this movie so I'm writing today on what I feel about this Danny Boyle's piece of work. A little bit about the director, Danny Boyle had directed the film Slumdog Millionaire and had achieved many great awards for the beautifully narrated movie of his.
This is a REAL life story of a climber who's trapped for more than 5 days in early 2003 before he decided to amputate his arm in order to escape. This story's based on an autobiography by Aron Ralston himself titled "Between A Rock and A Hard Place".
..This story is simple. Not much script but James definitely achieved his role as Aron Ralston and he'd been able to let viewers felt the pain, joy and the relieved he felt in each scene. SALUTE!! the way he played with the expressions tell us the story and how he felt at certain moments. so directors (especially Malaysian directors..hee) there's no need for long_______ script as long as your actors know exactly how to play their roles efficiently. Too much talking in film sometimes causes boredom. JUST SAYIN'!! CREDITS TO DANNY BOYLE and SIMON BEAUFOY as the writers!! woot2.. and also CHRISTIAN COLSON as the producer.. ( we do need producer to make movies ok.. XD )
After watching this, you'll DEFINITELY (without any prejudice..) will appreciate life more. You'll certainly be happy with what you got and what you're living now as it's the best God have given you and it's the best you had worked for and you earned it!!! ..owh..and also, YOU WILL NOT WANT TO GO HIKING AT A CANYON ESPECIALLY ALONE.. (well, that's what I feel haha..)
..so this is a must watch movie (..I think..L0L) but frankly, I had been wanting to watch this film few times before but hadn't been able to because the starting of the film is quite 'boring' I would say.. Only now am I able to finish watching it and guess what, I think it's worth the time (^_^) V peace..
