basically,
I didn't do anything that would be of any benefit for me
or my family nor the people around me.

3. Watch tv (well, not much really)
yeah..I watch tv and I eat. that doubles the amount of food I took per day.
When you eat while watching tv, you don't get full, you know what I mean?
which also explains the double increase in my weight.. (-,-")
