so..according to few research made (well..at least a few that I'd read), the feeling of pissed off is aroused to impatience or anger . u can check out THE FREE DICTIONARY for the meaning of it too..and now, we're gonna learn on how to deal with it..( got this from a website, but can't remember which)
- When You Are Angry, Say Nothing
We tend to express our anger as we speak sometimes. So it's better not to say a thing and let everything cools down before moving on or facing those who makes us angry.
- Be Indifferent To Those Who Seek To Make Us Angry
Some people enjoys making you mad on purpose. To teach people like this (and to shut their f***ing mouth too), you should just let them be and if possible, ignore them completely. They'll stop when it gets boring.
- Use Reason To Stop Anger
This is kinda hard. We give excuses to distance ourselves from any situations that aroused our anger. Like telling yourself "I'm not going to make things better if I keep on like this. It's just gonna get worse. So just back off and leave".Maybe they are still some left inside of you, but at least you've made an achievement of not getting into a fight!! (hoorayy for that.. XD)
- Look Kindly Upon Others
I always do this!! The best thing ever haha..Imagine the person making you angry as a helpless, annoying, immatured, poor (a freak too if you want..) 5-years-old kid. Then maybe you'll feel much better and won't be interested in getting into a fight with someone like that. (I don't fight kids!! that's the rule.but who's gonna stop me if i want to break it. so leave me alone ass-hole)

- Value Peace More Than Anger
Love yourself!! Don't let anger controls you and take away all your peace of mind XD
- Always Try To Understand Those Who Are Cross
Remain detached and calm as the person might feel guilty about venting their anger on you. And in the same time, keeping your angel-like reputation and making the person look like an ass for yelling at you whilst you keep in control..
- Focus On Something Completely Different
Think about something that will make you feel happy. Don't ever think about the loser who causes your anger to rise.
- Breathe Deeply
I've tried this thousands of times before, but nothing happened (frankly..). But still, according to research, breathing deeply will help overcome our anger. So.. BREATHE-IN.. BREATHE-OUT..BREATH-IN..BREATH-OUT..
- Meditation
..a good example of deep-breathing technique..
Practice meditation regularly to bring your inner peace to the fore. How to meditate?? err...none that i know off =P..
- Smile
